New Year’s Eve with the family 🙂 Veggie egg rolls, spring mix salad with walnuts and dried cranberries, refried beans with salsa and olives, cheese fondue with pretzel bread, jalapeños with cream cheese and mangoes
Spring mix salad topped with carrots peppers celery walnuts and dried cranberries with a touch of red cabbage. Veggie burger with a Hawaiian roll and mashed cauliflower, potatoes, and peas topped with a mushroom gravy.

My hubby makes breakfast!! Omlet filled with spinach and peppers, with a bit of unsweetened coconut milk added to eggs for additional fluff, topped with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. A side of bananas and strawberries, and toast with hummus. Yummy:)
