Coconut/sweet potatoe pasta topped with red curry lentils and avocado/coconut milk sauce. With a side of BBQ cauliflower and baked quinoa stuffed tomatoes.

My hubby makes breakfast!! Omlet filled with spinach and peppers, with a bit of unsweetened coconut milk added to eggs for additional fluff, topped with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. A side of bananas and strawberries, and toast with hummus. Yummy:)
